From a positive point of view: The digital world enables us to be there for our customers even from a distance
The health of our customers and employees is our top priority. We have therefore taken all measures necessary to deal with the Corona crisis and will continue to do so. Our employees are currently working from home as far as possible.
The services we offer in the areas of “eCall” and “location based services” are still available to our customers. Our employees in support and development also take care of the operation and further development of the services continuously.
Since we – like most other companies – have minimized our travel activities, we use web-based conference systems with video and audio for direct communication. The travel restrictions therefore essentially affect support services for those customers who operate our services in their own company network on their own servers. We have had good experiences with remote installations and maintenance here in the past and will continue to provide our help to our customers in this way.
