The name of the well-known German mathematician Carl Friedrich Gauß is an acronym for the Galileo Center for safety-critical applications, certifications and services. It is the leading service provider for certification of satellite navigation and positioning applications in Germany. The cluster provides its customers with comprehensive support along the entire value chain, from consulting and certification and approval implementation to training and qualification.
The aim was to secure a mobile cash dispenser against theft using state-of-the-art location technology. OECON installed their tracking system to secure the ZasterLaster. Thus, passers-by at different venues can access the possibility of "cash refueling". In the meantime, 5 ZasterLaster were in use throughout Germany.
