OECON at the AERO in Friedrichshafen
From 19.04. to 21.04.2023 the AERO took place in Friedrichshafen. As part of the "World's Leading Trade Fair for General Aviation" (~ organizer), the trade event AERODrones also took place on all 3 days, which focused specifically on suppliers & manufacturers of the drone industry. The main topic was "Drones for police forces, fire departments and rescue services".
As a provider of the volaer.io platform for automatic drone control, which is also especially suitable for authorities and organizations with security tasks (law-enforcemant and rescue missions), our colleagues were of course also on site and presented the new product from OECON Products & Services.
Our volaer.io platform is characterized by its modular structure and can thus be adapted to individual needs. The BOS module, for example, addresses the special requirements of fire departments and the police.
A drone can be sent to the scene of an incident quickly and easily so that it can transmit live videos and even explore the situation independently through the use of AI – even before emergency vehicles reach the scene. For this purpose, volaer.io has a connection to the operations control center software, whereby deployment locations with all relevant data are available in the volaer.io platform and can be controlled by drone with one click. The status of drones as deployment assets is also an extension of this module, simplifying coordination by the dispatcher. All flights for an operation are fully documented so that they can be retrieved quickly and easily when needed.
