The announced generational change has now been completed: The change in management and the spin-off of OECON Products & Services GmbH from OECON Holding GmbH have been completed. The previous shareholders, Günther Kasties, Harry Evers, Prof. Dr. Ulrich Seiffert and Thomas Czekala, have sold OECON Products & Services GmbH as of July 31, 2024, thus relinquishing their role as shareholders.
We are pleased to announce that our long-standing Managing Director Frank Brennecke and Jens Bläsche, who has been successfully working as a project manager in our company for 10 years, have taken over the company on 1 August 2024. Together they will lead OECON Products & Services GmbH as managing partners.
With this rejuvenation process in the company management, we want to continue the dynamic development of recent years. We will continue our successful course in the areas of eCall, control centre technology, UAV management and connected and automated driving with a clear focus on the needs of our customers.
